Ace Link Armor Level IV Rifle Armor Plate
Ace Link RF1 III+ Ultra-Light Rifle Plate
Engineered for modern combat, law enforcement, and rapid tactical deployments, the NIJ.07 RF1 Hard Armor Plate redefines personal protection by merging cutting-edge materials with next-gen design. Constructed exclusively from 100% Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE), this plate delivers exceptional ballistic performance while keeping weight and bulk to an absolute minimum—critical for mobility in high-threat environments.
Tested to meet the NIJ.07 RF1 standard, this plate is rigorously tested to neutralize six rifle-caliber ballistic threats, delivering peace of mind where it matters most. It reliably stops:
7.62x51mm M80 – Standard NATO rifle round
7.62x39mm MSC – Common AK-47 mild steel-core threat
5.56x45mm M193 – High-velocity AR-15/ M16 round.Despite its high stopping power, the plate weighs significantly less than conventional ceramic options, drastically reducing operator fatigue and increasing endurance during prolonged operations. The ergonomic contouring also ensures a secure and comfortable fit, even during high-movement scenarios such as dynamic entries or prolonged vehicle patrols.
ADVANCED TRAUMA REDUCTION WITH D3O® BALLISTIC™ PADDING
What truly sets this system apart is the integrated D3O® Ballistic™ padding—a cutting-edge impact-mitigation layer that elevates trauma reduction to a new level. Unlike traditional foams, D3O®’s patented polymer technology responds dynamically to impact, stiffening momentarily to dissipate kinetic energy before returning to a flexible state.
Key advantages of D3O® Ballistic™ PADDING:
Up to 3x lighter than standard back face deformation (BFD) foams, significantly enhancing wearer comfort
High-efficiency energy dispersion at reduced thicknesses, allowing for a slim, streamlined profile
Thermoformable construction, enabling seamless integration with the plate’s curved geometries
Extreme environment durability — performs consistently in heat, cold, humidity, or arid conditions without degradation
By dispersing the force of impact across a broader surface area, the D3O® system minimizes blunt force trauma and reduces the risk of internal injuries, even in the event of multiple strikes. This not only enhances survivability but also increases the wearer’s operational confidence and capability.
