From Cadet to Cadre: Honoring the Next Generation of Law Enforcement

ree

At High Angle Tactical, we believe great instructors don’t just teach—they lead by example and never forget where they started. That’s exactly what defines our own Noah Tamulonis, who brings his real-world patrol experience and passion for mentorship to every training session.

What many may not know is that Noah’s journey into law enforcement began years ago at the New Hampshire Police Cadet Training Academy, a week-long immersive program designed for youth aged 14 to 20 who are serious about exploring careers in public safety. The program is intense. It’s structured like a real academy—overnight, high-expectation, physically and mentally demanding—and it’s staffed by certified law enforcement professionals from departments across the state.

For Noah, attending the academy as a teenager wasn’t just a summer activity—it was a life-changing experience. The blend of strict discipline, physical training, leadership lessons, and teamwork solidified his desire to serve. He didn’t just walk away with knowledge; he walked away with purpose.

Now, years later, Noah gives back to the same program that helped shape him—serving as a staff member who mentors, trains, and inspires the next generation of potential officers. His presence isn’t just symbolic. It sends a clear message to cadets: This path is real. It’s possible. And it starts with showing up, stepping up, and staying motivated.

Programs like the NH Police Cadet Training Academy don’t just teach tactics. They teach respect, discipline, and accountability—values we reinforce every day at High Angle Tactical. We’re proud to have Noah on our team, continuing that mission far beyond our own courses and classrooms.

If you know a young person between the ages of 14–20 who is curious about law enforcement, we encourage you to check out the academy. It may just be the beginning of something bigger.
